Welcome to the Texas Southern University BJML Masters of Public Administration E-Governance Center website.
The Master of Public Administration E-Governance Center is a research and educational center that focuses on the intersections between the public sector, individuals and organizations.  This center is dedicated to exploring how governments use technology to communicate/improve communication about, and or access to, government agencies for the everyday citizen.

In an era where technology is the norm instead of the exception, the MPA E-Governance Center’s mission is to empower its faculty, students, and surrounding community citizens with an understanding of e-government, access to key online tools and useful information, and knowledge about advancements in e-government. The center provides training facilities, access to public affairs databases, libraries and public resources.  The MPA E-Governance Center, with its connection to national, state, local and University government through the World Wide Web, provides a valuable service to Texas Southern University and its surrounding communities.
